Before entering the development and construction space, Raven Ford centered on strengthening communities through public health initiatives and place-based wellness strategies.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from East Carolina University and began her career with the City of Ahoskie, where she contributed to the development of walking trails and community gardens designed to enhance local health and quality of life.

Guided by a deep commitment to community-centered environments, she later transitioned into the construction and development industry, gaining hands-on experience in urban planning and project execution. Over the years, she has collaborated with respected firms including Brasfield & Gorrie, Winter Construction, and other industry partners, building a strong foundation in construction management and development strategy that now informs the work of Array Properties.
